The Shinagawa Aquarium is a nice place to visit rain or shine. They have a beautifully manicured garden as you walk towards the entrance, a variety of aquatic creatures and a water tank tunnel to view enormous turtles, sting rays, sharks and fish – if you time it right, you can watch the feeding of the aquatic animals. There are benches and places to sit and take a break in most areas, drink vending machines and a dolphin and sea lion show. Vending machines, food stalls and a restaurant are located outside the exit of the building. You can re-enter the aquarium as many times as you want that day as long as you have your ticket. See our entire list of recommended zoos and aquariums here.
Located right next door to the Shinagawa Aquarium is one of the best Avdventure parks in Tokyo – The Shinagawa Children’s Adventure Park.
