Love Thai and Vietnamese food, but never quite sure how to start cooking it?  Join Jeannine, an experienced cooking teacher, and learn how to adjust the spice level to your taste, where to quickly and easily buy Thai ingredients in Tokyo (many can be purchased through Honest Bee), and how to adjust recipes based on allergy/food preferences for your family and friends to enjoy.  Easy and detailed recipes will be provided for you to recreate the dishes at home. Teacher Introduction

Ms. Jeannine Law-Smith – When we moved to Asia over 15 years ago, I fell in love with the fresh and healthy ingredients in Southeast Asian cuisine. By taking intensive cooking classes at top cooking schools in Thailand and Vietnam, I was able to turn my passion for cooking into a career.  Over the last 7 years, I’ve taught Southeast Asian cuisine at The Pantry Cookery School in Singapore and at Michiko Selection Cooking Studio in Tokyo.As a mother of 2 boys, I enjoy helping other people learn new cuisines that they can confidently make for their families and friends. All ingredients are readily available in Tokyo either at your local grocery store or by ordering online through Honest Bee. Join me on this culinary journey as I team up with Best Living Japan to introduce Thai and Vietnamese food into your cooking repertoire!
